Working location: Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Dong Nai
Manage office supplies, assets, and office equipment.
Manage office lease contracts, service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance...).
Welcome guests, assist with meeting scheduling, prepare meeting rooms.
Manage seals, official documents, incoming and outgoing letters.
Simple accounting operations
Coordinate internal event organization: birthdays, parties, company trips, holidays
