• Manage social responsibility compliance in the production area.
• Develop and implement administrative and personnel management mechanisms of the factory according to
applicable laws and regulations, and customer standards.
• Advise on policies and regulations for employees of the human resources department.
• Manage compliance with health, safety, environmental, security... standards.
• Welcoming and working with factory inspection and assessment teams from customers and government agencies
• Responsible for handling specific client social responsibility assessments such as preparing documents for social responsibility assessments; preparing post-assessment corrective action plans and evidence.
• Follow up with the client's compliance team to update the plant's compliance status or provide necessary documents as requested.
• Have auditing skills and legal compliance assessment skills.
• Understand HSE law, labor law and related laws.
• Train new workers and organize periodic training on health and safety, fire prevention, environment, security, etc.
