    Job Description

    ・Communicate well with customers and confirm project requirements and related work.
    ・Understand technical specifications created by Japanese customers, and communicate and explain project plans and specifications
    ・Manage project progress, periodically report, advise and make recommendations to customers
    ・Manage team's work progress, review deliverables (design documents, source code, test specifications, test results, etc.) and confirm quality.

    Job requirements

    ・Knowledge of programming (Java, etc.) and extensive development experience
    ・Graduated from university majoring in information technology and has more than 3 years of experience working as BrSE with Japanese customers
    ・Japanese N2 or equivalent level
    ・Excellent schedule management, communication and problem-solving skills
    ・Ability to tackle new challenges and challenges with a positive attitude
