Job Description

JOB CONTENT
This is a key position in planning, developing and operating HR Tool_SaaS.
Main work as follows:

1. Build and implement product strategy
. Market research, competitor analysis to determine direction and product development roadmap.
. Interview users to grasp real needs.
. Plan product development based on user feedback.
. Determine product requirements and features.

2. Project Management
. Develop development plans and manage project progress.
. Closely communicate and coordinate with the software engineering team
. Conduct post-release product performance reviews, recommend and implement improvements.
. Manage product related data.
Receive and respond to customer requests and incorporate them into the product development process.
. Support customers in the process of deploying and operating products, optimizing the onboarding process.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
. Priority is given to communication in English or Japanese at work.
. Have at least 3 years of experience in the position of Product Owner or Project Manager Project Leader
. Experienced in planning and recommending strategies to increase revenue.
. Understand business and product orientation, have experience in building product development plans and leading teams.
. Experienced in understanding customer problems and proposing appropriate solutions.
. Interested in fields such as Marketing, CRM...
. Have experience working in HR industry.
. Have experience working in SaaS field.
