1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Belonging to Seller Support Department: Those who have an account and open a store on
- Receive inquiries from vendors
- Call the seller to answer the above questions and guide the seller about the system, account registration process, use of programs (gifts, discounts, ...) of Lazada
- Update information, report to the system
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduation
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consulting and customer service
- Have a clear work orientation (goal)
- Personality suitable for the position of Customer Service Officer (serious, persistent, careful, calm, cheerful, supportive)
3. SALARY
- Income up to 8m
- 13th month salary
- Consider promotion, salary increase 1 time/year

Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
