Coordinate with Event Director to perform the work.
Direct contact, create relationships and act as a bridge between the company and customers
Research on customers, products/services, and marketing objectives.
Consulting, explaining and negotiating with customers on conditions (time, budget ...) and related issues to create a campaign/event close to the client's purpose and practical. high.
Present ideas and implementation costs to clients.
Coordinate with other departments to complete project phases synchronously. Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Manage and track work progress.
Financial and budget management.
Reporting to Event Director

Job requirements

Graduated in Marketing, Japanese Language, or related fields.
Think and write proposal in English or Japanese.
Many initiatives, flexibility and dynamism.
Good customer persuasion, negotiation and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in groups and independently.
Withstands pressure well.
Can communicate in Japanese/English is an advantage
