JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform customer care and other related tasks
- Ask for customer feedback after service at the store and online feedback on Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook channels
- Support customers to make payments and check and track payment transactions
- Track and report on Spa inventory every day: receiving goods, placing orders
INTEREST:
- Work in a leading professional Spa environment on TripAdvisor
- 4 days off/month, not including weekends and holidays
- Develop English communication skills
- Opportunity to develop into branch manager position
- Salary negotiable, (part time or full time) – 8M-12M.
- 13th month salary

REQUEST:
- Have knowledge of customer care or equivalent position
- Knowledge of spa and nail care services and products is an advantage.
- Able to use English
- Communication in Mandarin, Cantonese, French is a plus
- Ability to use office computer
Working hours : Full time: 9am – 9pm or part-time.
