Job details:
- Field work management
- Arrange and organize field work, organize construction team
- Report daily, weekly and monthly construction plans
- A, B payment management
- Make detailed project schedule
- Plan to supply human resources, materials and equipment to implement the project on schedule.
- Make monthly project revenue and expenditure plan. Cash flow plan (project cash fund)
- Manage QA, QC, Shop of the project, submit to investor for approval
- Work with consultants and investors to carry out field work.
Job requirements:
- Proficient in using industry-changing software
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experienced in civil and industrial construction
- Has a grade 1 construction supervision certificate and over 2 years of experience in site management and operation as a team leader or commander.
- Experienced in organizing construction and technical handling at site in civil, villa and high-rise projects.
