- Make appointments & remind customers to do treatment/re-examination, ensure customers go on time and on schedule.
- Call customer service on a regular schedule. Find out what the customer wants/needs.
- Track the progress of customers using products and service packages.
- Follow up Client's skin after each treatment session and get feedback.
- Follow up throughout the treatment process of the Guest and get the satisfaction rating.
- Answer & Record Customer feedback, schedule for the Doctor / Pharmacist team to solve.
