Receive inquiries and questions directly from customers.
Conduct processing and consult appropriate solutions to resolve customer problems and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze and clarify the causes of customer inquiries and complaints.
Customer care plan:
Plan clearly and in detail how you approach and care for your customers.
Determine operational goals and analyze the psychology of each customer group to develop specific strategies.
Continuously monitor to promptly modify and adjust issues arising during customers' use of products/services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from grade 12 or higher and have at least 1 year of customer care experience in the service, retail, real estate,... industries.
Knowing Chinese is an advantage.
Good communication: fluent, articulate speech, pleasant, gentle voice, friendly attitude, enthusiastic about customer experience.
Proactive in handling work and solving problems well.
High pressure resistance.
Be patient, thoughtful and dedicated
Know how to research and understand information about the company's products/services to easily grasp customer psychology and needs and have more effective consulting strategies.
Ability to operate office software (Word, Excel,...)
