The training specialist will be responsible for training management and learning development to meet personnel needs, contributing to improving the competitiveness of resources for the University and the system.
Description of work:
1. Develop a work plan
Participate in annual and monthly training planning according to the school's general plan
2. Performing professional tasks:
- Participate in the development of the annual training plan and budget of the University
- Participating in the development and supervision of training process improvement, responsible for implementing the process to ensure the process and guiding relevant individuals and departments to properly implement the training process.
- Managing the training of the University: participating in monthly planning, training and training programs, training assigned classes; evaluate training results, keep training records according to regulations.
- Participating in the development of training program content and compiling training materials according to the approved framework.
- Participating in the development of an assessment system (tests, questions, in the training field under my charge.
- Participating in guiding and evaluating the work performance/teaching quality of relevant departments and individuals
- Attend classes, evaluate the training quality of suppliers and other lecturers to teach the contents of their area of expertise, thereby making suggestions for improvements in training programs and methods. appropriate teaching

4. Reporting work
Report to the Head/Deputy Head of Department on work results and other tasks periodically as prescribed by the Department (Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
