Job description:
Responsible for and ensure the achievement of marketing goals and indicators such as number of registered customers, indicators of brand coverage, interaction metrics (website, facebook...), budget and financial metrics mainly related to marketing.
Work closely with Marketing Managers of brands to give direction, strategies and build an overall Digital Marketing system from which to manage daily operations.
Managing daily operations as well as medium and long-term development orientation of digital marketing segment
Recruit, train, manage and develop digital marketing staff to ensure overall marketing results
Synthesize, report and analyze data regularly and periodically reflecting the activities of the marketing segment in particular as well as monitoring market situation, competitors, trends, customers to make judgment reports, recommend appropriate and timely action.

Request:
Having logical thinking, good overall thinking on brand issues in particular and marketing in general.
Having the ability to analyze closely and logically, especially with modern digital-based analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Keyword Planner...
At least 5 years of experience in marketing in general and 3 years in digital marketing in particular
Having in-depth experience in at least 02 fields listed below: SEO, Facebook Ads, Google ads, Email marketing, Youtube/ zalo/ Instagram/forum/ building community... and have enough knowledge to understand the operation nature of all All areas of work listed to be able to work and manage the implementation with the personnel in those areas.
Capable of grand planning, in-depth implementation management, and commitment to results.
Ability to work well with people, good human resource management.
