Job Description

I. Job description

Process monitoring and improvement:

Establish a process to monitor daily activities to detect and handle arising problems.
Propose and implement process improvement measures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Estimate risks related to operations to have prevention plans and handling procedures.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support and answer user questions about application functions.
Handle user complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate with relevant departments:

Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure projects operate according to procedures and regulations.
Participate in regular meetings to report progress and propose solutions to problems.

Reporting and analysis:

Collect and analyze operational data to provide periodic reports to management.
Use data to make predictions and strategies for future project development.

Professional expertise:

Receive and check applications according to the list, draft related documents for credit granting.
Carry out disbursement and issuance of guarantee commitments according to the approved content of competent authorities.
Monitor and support the signing of Guarantee Contracts with customers.
Ensure post-disbursement file control complies with approved terms and conditions and regulations and procedures.
Store credit records and compile and prepare reports related to credit activities at the Unit.
Support post-credit management and debt collection for credits at the Unit.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

III. Job requirements:

Experience and qualifications:

University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience working in the field of project operations, especially technology projects and applications related to deposits and loans.
Experience working with bonds, certificates of deposit (savings books), debt management and reminders, bond margin.

Skill:

Time management and problem solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to analyze data and use basic analytical tools.

Prioritize:

Candidates have experience working in the financial sector (bonds, securities, margin) and banking.
Understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
