Job Description

• Installation and configuration: computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintenance: computer systems and networks.
• Office Infrastructure Support: Ensure the stability and security of office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, routers, and switches. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to office hardware, such as printers, laptops, and TVs, to minimize downtime and support productivity.
• Software and Application Support: Provide comprehensive support for office software and applications, assisting end users with troubleshooting, updates, and effective usage practices. Manage user access to software and ensure smooth operation of all office productivity tools.
• Set up accounts for company users, including creating new accounts, disabling old accounts, and moving resources between different accounts.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Active Directory Management: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Hosting and publishing environments for websites on multiple platforms.
• Understand and manage load balancing to distribute traffic and improve redundancy and performance.
• Testing new technology.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Candidate requirements

• University degree in IT, computer science or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT Support/ System/ network or similar position.
• Proficient in Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Experience in network management, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers and switches
• Knowledge of Office 365 and other user management tools.
• Experience with web hosting.
• Have knowledge or experience in Load Balancing.
• Proficient in Active Directory.
• Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network issues.
• Knowledge of cloud services and virtualization (Azure, AWS and SharePoint).
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools.
• Experience working in the field of Software Outsourcing is an advantage.
