1.Customer consulting
- Proactively consult and provide information about accommodation services based on the company's available data sources (70%) and self-searched data sources (30%).
- Support customers to choose the service that best suits their needs.
2. Customer care throughout the stay
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues that arise such as check-in, room service, and other requests.
- Follow up to promptly support customers to ensure the best quality experience
3. Cooperate with the team
- Work closely with other departments within the company to handle customer requests, ensuring service is provided quickly and efficiently.
4.Reporting and Evaluation
- Prepare reports on customer, service, and market situations, providing analysis to support business strategy adjustments.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly work reports for evaluation and continuous improvement.
5. Participate in other activities
- Support other activities as directed by management, contributing to the effective completion of work.

- Income from 8 - 20 million/month (including fixed salary and sales commission); during peak summer season, income is unlimited depending on personal ability.
