Sales specialist in the field of office uniforms in Hanoi at Ha Noi - Chi Nhánh Phía Bắc - Tct May Nhà Bè

1- Job Description:
- Trading, learn the needs of our customers. Searching for potential new customers (in the field of office uniforms)
- Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders from Marketing Department; establish new business relationships by planning and pitching other potential business partners.
- Prepare quotation and offer according to customer's request based on approved price.
- Prepare a draft contract after the customer has agreed on the basic, transfer it to the leader for comments on the contract terms. Prepare contract signing procedures, save a copy of the contract, transfer the original and carry out the procedures with the accounting department.
- Directly perform, urge the performance of the contract.
- Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to urge the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has finished paying.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, warranty, troubleshooting….
- Directly work with the Production/Technical Department on services to monitor the warranty status of the goods of the customers they are taking care of.
- Prepare weekly and monthly work plan. Follow the approved plan.
- Understand and attribute features, packaging, price, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products, products of competitors
- Update job knowledge by reading books on business and marketing; Maintain customer relationships.
