Recruitment [TOKYO-JAPAN] JAPANESE IT SALE at Other - Việc Ơi Japan Client

- In charge of maintaining the current customer base: Manage current orders, Enhance customer care activities and Increase sales.
- Expanding sales channels, creating new customers and partner network for IT outsourcing segment abroad (Web system - Mobile application development - AI development).
- In charge of the whole sales process towards existing and new customers (Meeting with Leads to get Inquiry on first level, Send Proposal/Quote in cooperation with Pre-Sales team, Processing Contracts, Receiving Orders, Issuing Invoices and Managing Payments).
- Training other junior sales staff on IT business.
Coordinate with other colleagues at Headquarters Japan and Vietnam on promoting Sales & Expenses strategy for sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Vietnamese nationality, expected age: 28 ~ 40
- JLPT N1 equivalent qualification is required.
- Able to read/write/understand English is a huge advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development. High strategic and planning skills.
- Experience in IT sales (IT outsourcing) or customer network is a huge advantage
- Willing to work under pressure and withstand stress according to the IT Outsourcing Business and Sales Growth Target (KPI) set by the company.
- Confidence in personal soft skills: communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, etc.
- Willing to comply and comply with policies from Vietnam Headquarters.
Willing to work overtime when needed (dinner with clients, business trips and events).
Salary: hard salary/year % commission about man
