Planning machine installation; directly participate in the installation and handover of equipment to customers;
Guide operators;
Monitor the use of machinery and equipment, then report on the planning and timely handling of incidents;
Perform periodic maintenance of equipment provided to customers;
Support sales consulting business (if needed); Coordinate with all Sales, Engineering, Logistics departments in the Company to deliver goods on time, ensure quality;
Customer support, repair, consulting, maintenance, and demo running of knitting machines.
Repair, inspect and maintain in order to improve the operational efficiency of machinery and equipment;
Make periodic reports on repair, maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment as required;
Statistics, check the spare parts, raw materials in the warehouse.
