- Research and analyze competitor markets to position brands and identify insights of target customers;
Building overall marketing strategies for brands in line with the company's business strategy (identification, positioning, image, communication activities...);-
- Implement and monitor all Digital Marketing channels including email, website, social media channels and advertising campaigns;
- In charge of obtaining direct communication materials during working with the project team;
- Planning and organizing events such as seminars, customer conferences, exhibitions,...
- Support to analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic...) to shape future marketing strategies;
- Brainstorm and coordinate with the Design Department to carry out design tasks that belong to Marketing's tasks (image design, brand identity, brochure, catalog, company profile....);
- Coordinate with Sales Departments to interact in Sales - Marketing work;
- Handling & forecasting brand crisis and possible communication crisis and prevention plan;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department / Team Leader and the Board of Directors.
