Receive and process over-the-counter transactions and operations at the request of customers, including: opening/closing securities accounts, depositing securities and exercising rights, receiving orders to place securities orders for customers, delivering securities transactions. money services and financial services for clients;
Answer questions and fulfill customer requests via call centers and online channels, chat boxes to increase customer satisfaction when using products and services;
Consulting and supporting customers to use online trading products, margin trading products and securities products and services of the Company;
Perform operations to authenticate customer information according to the requirements of each type of product/service specified in each process;
Propose and develop policies, products and services suitable to the market and customer groups;
Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
