Job duties
- Responsible for organizing and implementing services as assigned by the team leader and company leaders.
- Manage the implementation of user requirements collection and user requirements analysis of assigned systems:

• Receive information requested to be surveyed.
• Schedule an appointment to survey the requirements of departments in the corporation.
• Work with business departments and partners to collect survey information.
• Build business processes (using UML), update descriptions - explanations in business process documents.
• Build layouts - mockups.
• Exchange product advice, offer optimal project solutions. Feasibility/conformity study based on parts requirements.
• Develop business requirements analysis documents for the system.
• Write documents and manage requests.
• Organize meetings to exchange and finalize information with relevant departments.
• Working with outsourcing partners (if the project needs outsourcing)

- Act as a communication bridge with internal team, including information transfer, team discussion about requirements, project in general:

• Exchange required information with the project team.
• Provide complete and accurate information required by departments through document of business requirements, requirements analysis document + layout.
• Instantly update required information changes to the project team.
• Support QC to meet the product before pushing to production.

- Manage the work of updating and keeping records of service documents assigned to them.

Required:
- Academic level:
+ University majoring in Electronics - Telecommunications, regular IT system or higher.
+ English: Read and understand specialized documents.
- Work skill:
+ Ability to take requirements, analyze business requirements, write documents. Good logical thinking. The ability to cover the coverage of the project.
+ Good persuasion, judgment and personal assessment skills.
+ Ability to work under high pressure.
+ Ability to use: Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Axure, Mockup, Photoshop...
