Coordinate with the Sales Department and the Industry Department to carry out legal procedures related to land for the Industrial Park investment project (land allocation, land lease, land sublease, documents eligible for granting land use right certificates for projects, carry out the work of transferring land use rights from the Company to the Customer's name according to the Land Sublease Contract...
Drafting and legally reviewing contracts, agreements, and documents signed with partners; participating in negotiations and contract discussions with partners.
Research, warn, analyze legal risks and propose solutions in contract work; disseminate, guide, monitor and supervise the implementation of Contracts throughout the Company.
Update and disseminate documents, policies and regulations of the State related to the production and business activities (focusing on contract work) of the Company; provide information on legal documents to member companies and branches of the Company; answer questions in the process of applying legal documents.
Work and maintain relationships with local government agencies and relevant partners to promote and improve legal procedures.
Manage and store legal documents and records of the Company at Nam Dinh Headquarters in full accordance with regulations.
