Search, evaluate and select facility suppliers for the company.
Manage order tracking records, purchase goods/services from suppliers
Responsible for internal circulation of documents and goods.
Responsible for receiving and taking goods to serve the Company's work as directed by superiors.
Responsible for taking care of company office facilities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors/CEO.
Responsible for managing company-provided accommodations for Talents, KOL's, etc.
Explain and report company issues within scope of responsibility to CEO.
Carry out CEO pick-up and drop-off duties when requested.
Regularly check, monitor, clean and maintain vehicles according to regulations.
Recommend repairs when vehicle damage is detected (if necessary).
Responsible for contacting work related to serving the operation of the Company's vehicles such as: contacting to buy monthly tickets, annual tickets, etc.
