Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 - Monday To Friday

Job Description

• Attract, negotiate, and manage day-to-day relationships with Creators in social media platforms TikTok.
• Build long-term relationships with valuable Creators.
• Brainstorm strategy and help develop content planning.
• Create a brief based on a content plan and strategy.
• Keep up with trends and give strategy recommendations based on data.
• Monitor and optimize each Creator performance, make sure the campaign target is met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communication or related major
• Having experience in e-commerce or marketing is an advantage
• Having at least 6 months to 1 years' experience as a KOL Specialist or any relevant.
• Have strong communication, negotiating skills, & problem solving.
• Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
• Creative and proactive in identifying content trends and responding executions.
