Job Description

- Planning and implementing hotel brand promotion plans, advertising programs for hotel services.
- Negotiate, persuade and sign service use contracts directly with customers.
- Exploiting and developing customers from different sources. Actively contact potential customers to introduce services, advantages and incentives of restaurants and hotels.
- Manage customer data, perform customer care tasks.
- Design: Banners, flyers, catalogs, profiles, brochures, etc. Take photos, write articles about activities and services of the hotel and restaurant and regularly update them to customers.
-Manage room sales on OTA sites evenly, review increases sales volume.
- Collect phone number or email to send price list and sale program to potential customers
- Make business plans from time to time, build promotions (date of establishment of the 1,000th customer, summer, holidays...
- Combine with domestic and foreign booking websites to introduce hotel information, contact phone numbers and some necessary information...
- Proposing to the director of business campaigns, advertising existing and new products and services of the hotel.
- Building and implementing business campaigns to advertise new products and services + monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing hotel campaigns

- Taking care of customers who are using the service, old customers
- Collecting evaluation information from customers who have been using the hotel's services.
- Solve contract problems and contract problems during deployment quickly
- Planning to visit customers
- Service quality monitoring proactively contacting customers
- Searching for customer information through many different channels to build a system of potential customers.
- Actively contact potential customers in the self-searching list or from the hotel's data system to introduce services and preferential programs.
- Send service information via email for customers to refer to, answer customer questions when there is email feedback from customers.
- Use sales skills to negotiate and persuade guests to use the hotel's services.
- Conduct procedures to sign contracts with customers who agree to use the service.
