JOB DETAILS
• Actively seek and approach customers to advise and introduce credit products (Credit cards, salary accounts, etc.).
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers. Support consulting and answering questions of new and old customers throughout the product usage process.
• Expand and maintain a network of potential customers to increase sales.
• Participate and support branches in organizing communication and product promotion activities.
• Proactively share sales ideas and support to other team members.
• Responsible for personal sales and timely update sales to Manager.
• Comply with HSBC bank's sales regulations and procedures.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Request:
• College/University graduate with 1 year of experience in banking in a sales position.
• Ability to work independently and multitask, understand customer needs.
• Able to withstand pressure of sales.
• Good time management skills.
• Quick communication. Good English communication is an advantage.
• Good office computer skills.
• Careful, meticulous and highly disciplined.
