Job Description

  • Consulting on life insurance products suitable to customer needs.
  • Build, develop relationships and support Bank staff in business activities.
  • Receive customer sources introduced by partner banks and provide accurate and appropriate financial solutions to customers through Sun Life products.
  • Complete all necessary documents and deliver the Insurance Contract to the customer.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers when insurance-related needs arise.
  • Provide and support after-sales services according to regulations and policies of Sun Life and partner banks.
  • Develop individual customers from partner bank business units or external markets.
