Job descriptions
- Finding new buyers and negotiating to convince customers
- FOB price's costing
- Receiving purchase orders from customers and managing the whole process from product development, sourcing material, mass production and delivering orders to clients with an ERP program.
- Sending the specifications and materials to the factory to make sample before the factory starts to have mass production.
- Sending samples of products to customers
- Participating in meetings with customers
- Contacting and working closely with vendors to maximize production capacity and following up to get customer feedbacks.
- Managing productivity, shipping volume, revenue of each factory
- Consulting the order management process to the board of directors and each department

Job Requirements
- Having 5 years of working experience in garment, apparel goods or relevant position is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and communication skills in English and Korean
- Capable to work under pressure
- Having competence in using ERP is a must
- Having deep knowledge of the international marketing in general

work content
- Find new sources of customers and negotiate to convince customers
- Fixed cost (calculate appropriate FOB price)
- Receive orders from customers and manage from product development, sourcing raw materials, mass production and shipping to customers by ERP program.
- Sending specifications and materials to the factory to sample before the factory starts mass production.
- Send sample products to customers
- Participate in meetings with customers.
- Contact and work with outsourcing factories to maximize production capacity and follow up to get customer opinions.
- Manage productivity, quantity transported, revenue of each factory.
- Consult the order management process to the board of directors and each department

Job requirements
- 5 years of working experience in the fields of apparel, apparel or similar is an advantage
- Have good negotiation, persuasion and communication skills in English and Korean
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using ERP software
- Extensive understanding of international marketing in general.
