Job Description
- Make personal recruitment plans based on assigned targets and implement them to achieve the goals.
- Search for data and create a suitable source of candidates through the use of a variety of different recruitment channels.
- Check and filter CVs suitable for different orders of the Company, depending on the requirements of that order.
- Consulting on job opportunities and guiding candidates to complete their application
- Ensure candidates clearly understand the company, the recruitment position and the benefits when working abroad.
- Answer candidates' questions about training programs and career opportunities working abroad.
- Register candidates for classes, arrange classes for candidates and process course payments
- Arrange and store candidate profiles. Update profiles into the system
- Coordinate and implement recruitment events such as workshops, recruitment days, job fairs, events, seminars, etc.
- Manage and develop recruitment channels, communicate recruitment information on online and offline channels;
- Research the market to find out the target groups that are most likely to become potential candidates and continuously approach and exploit them.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
