- Search and propose effective recruitment channels;
- Developing and implementing human resource development policies;
- Develop short-term and long-term recruitment plans and recruitment budgets;
- Implement effective recruitment tools and channels;
- Carry out the recruitment of personnel for functional departments/departments as directed;
- Screening resumes, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and directly participating in interviews;
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
