1.Synthesize recruitment needs, make recruitment plans, find service providers, post job ads, filter and receive candidate profiles.
2. Arrange, arrange and support candidate interviews. Do procedures for receiving and rejecting candidates (telephone, email, checking records, entrance procedures…etc.)
3. Drafting contracts for probation, training, official...instructing candidates on internal rules and regulations of the Company. Prepare test report.
4. Training support (making lists, updating schedules, training programs, preparing facilities, etc.)
5.Manage personnel records (Arrange, supplement, ...) update personnel data on the software.
6. Monitor and update changes of new recruits, make monthly, quarterly and annual reports on labor increase and decrease.
7. Support other administrative work
8. Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
