Job Description
1. Responsible for monitoring, synthesizing and reporting to the Board of Directors the progress of work implementation, the implementation status of Notices, Minutes, Resolutions, Decisions of individuals, Departments, and Enterprises assigned by the Board of Directors;
2. Manage and monitor the Company's shareholders; Organize and store shareholder records and documents of the Board of Directors;
3. Draft Notices, Minutes, Resolutions, Decisions within the functions of the Board of Directors, submit to the Board of Directors for signing and promulgation;
4. In charge of administrative and personnel organization; Monitor, supervise, and participate in handling work at affiliated Enterprises (when necessary);
5. Coordinate with the Material Planning Department to monitor, supervise, advise, and propose measures to improve the efficiency of purchasing and repairing materials and assets;
6. Deploy filing of lawsuits, submission of documents, and litigation of civil lawsuits at the Company's Court.
7. In charge of legal work, inventory, compensation, and site clearance related to the Company's projects; Monitor, supervise, and participate in direct work handling (when necessary);
8. Synthesize and report contents according to the functions and tasks of the Board of Directors Office, undertake administrative work, document archiving, and secretarial work of meetings attended as assigned by the Board of Directors Office Leaders and the Company's Leaders;
9. Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors. (Details will be discussed during the interview)
Candidate requirements
• University degree or higher in Law, Architecture, Engineering, Mining Geology, etc. Priority is given to those with experience in the mining industry.
• Skills: Good communication, good teamwork; logical thinking; ability to search, analyze and synthesize information;
• Report presentation; proficient in word, excel,...;
• Be proactive at work.
