JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and deliver an internal communication strategy, organizational plan and calendar, helping us to increase employee engagement;
- Improve the way we listen, communicate, engage and motivate employees;
- Provide expert internal communication advice and support to stakeholders on important decisions and messages that affect employees;
- Develop communication channels tailored to the needs of the workforce (including the company's website, fan-page and internal platforms);
- Brainstorm and track financial budgets for communication and engagement activities (such as events, seminars, company trips, etc.);
- Design, conduct, and analyze the results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using the results to help drive organizational improvement;
- Coordinate monthly and annual recognition awards, consistent with our values;
- Monitor internal communication and engagement measurement, aligned with our core KPIs.
REQUEST
- Over 2 years of experience in employee engagement, employee branding or similar fields;
- Experience in setting KPIs to measure the success of social media strategies and report on success;
Understand and appreciate the benefits of current digital communication and technology.
- Write compelling copy and create messages for internal audiences;
