Understand the operating procedures and company regulations, ensure employees follow the correct working procedures at the store.
Monitor the work of each employee's functional position to develop effective operating plans.
Receive, arrange and inventory goods daily using the FIFO method.
Control COL / PnL indicators (if any)
Control employee work processes to ensure product quality meets Company regulations and food safety standards.
Regular daily reports on on-site sales, inventory and ordering issues are always available to the management branch.
Monitor and report issues related to fuel, store operating conditions (Electricity, Water, etc.) and propose solutions for improvement.
Grasp promotional information programs to communicate at the stores you manage.
Responsible for handling all operational issues in the store and must have reports and approval from the direct Manager.
Human resource management
Manage store staff, build a friendly and inclusive working environment for members.
Care and support to answer employees' difficulties and questions.
Read, understand and implement the Company's human resource policies.
Coordinate with Human Resources Department to recruit store staff.
Monitor working hours of store management staff, arrange work schedules, and proactively handle personnel transfers when necessary.
