- Operate company tours
- Ensure to update and grasp tour program information
- Request prices and update suppliers for the sales department such as cars, hotels, restaurants, etc.
Job requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of tour operating experience
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing English), knowing other languages is an advantage
- Good presentation skills, ability to plan and orient work.
- Quick, honest, proficient in office software, responsible
- Can work online outside of business hours (ready to answer customers during these hours)
- Willing to meet customers or solve customer problems during the tour in the most flexible way
