● Assist in formulating strategies to maintain a long-term digital connection with customers
● Launch optimized online ads through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
● Actively participate in SEO campaign (optimize keywords, images, etc.)
● Prepare online articles and promotional emails, and organize distribution through different channels
● Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates
● Assist designers to improve user experience
2 - Community Management
● Establish and execute media and social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies
● Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
● Respond to customer comments and inquiries in a timely manner
● Track and report on feedback and online reviews
● Build relationships with clients, prospects, industry experts and journalists
● Stay up to date with digital technology trends
