* In order to meet the increasing demand for studying abroad in Vietnam, our company needs to recruit 2 full-time CONSULTANTS.
Job Description
- Consulting and supporting customers on study abroad programs in Korea and Germany.
- Actively search and approach potential customers who intend/desire to study abroad or vocational training in Germany
- Telesales potential customers from Social Media channels, events, and study abroad seminars organized by the company
- Manage Fanpage, Company Website and respond to customers contacting through these channels
- Close contracts with customers, guide customers to complete contract deposit procedures, and sign contracts.
- Take care of students and closely monitor their learning process
- Support and answer all questions from parents and students.
- Coordinate with PR & Marketing department to organize events and seminars on studying abroad.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents to have a source of potential referral customers.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly work to management;
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Candidate requirements
- Male/female, age 22 - 35
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to work with domestic partners
- Ability to work under high pressure, quickly acquire new knowledge
- Responsible, progressive, enthusiastic, active, hard-working, with a long-term commitment to the job
- Candidates with experience in studying abroad consulting is an advantage.
