Encourage teachers to contribute ideas and adjust the curriculum to suit students. - Length of 1 class: 25 minutes/class - Teachers need to meet at least 5 classes/week and commit to accompany students to the end of the course cycle (3 months or 6 months). - Briefly comment on the student's learning situation after each lesson - Report the work situation to the Quality Manager according to regulations & when required.
