Work content:
- Make a business estimate - a year's operation plan and report the business situation to the Board of Directors on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Take good care of students and parents to take care of students for the Center
- Planning and implementing PR and Marketing programs to develop TT .'s brand
- Manage students, parents and teachers. Deal with Parent complaints if necessary.
- Maintain 5-star Quality Center
- Be responsible for explaining the financial and business situation (revenue, profit, P&L ...), development situation, image and reputation of the Center
- Planning and developing the center's staff. Organize training and retraining to improve professional qualifications
- Ensuring Center sales
- Increase students at the Center
- Planning human resource development according to needs. Organize the selection and use of staff in accordance with the operational needs of the Center.

Job requirements:
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar position (Center Director, Academic Director).
- Human resource management skills/experience
- Knowledge of corporate finance and Labor Law will be a great advantage
- Ability to communicate well with all walks of life, all ages.
- Ability to dress in front of the crowd
