- Introduce, advise and convince customers to use products or services of the business,
- Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in many fields (directly or indirectly),
- Searching, collecting information, promoting products of enterprises,
- Directly perform and urge the performance of the contract, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers,
- Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to expedite the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has finished paying,
- Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor activities and potential for business development of products or services, etc.
