Job Description

Develop and implement business plans

Survey, research to find new customers

Participate in recruiting and training staff in the department

Organizing and implementing Customer Care activities

Allocate, urge, promote and closely monitor and check the departments to implement according to the established business plan.

Candidate requirements

Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the Real Estate industry/ or 3 years of experience as a sales director in other industries

Have skills in planning and team management

Ability to build teams and train staff

Ability to inspire and motivate the team to complete the plan
