• Advise the Board of Directors in planning business strategies.
• Operate, manage and take primary responsibility for revenue and sales, ensuring the successful completion of KPIs of the Business Division:
- Directly in charge of distribution business through distributors, agents, aluminum and glass factories...
- Consulting and managing the overall project business, industrial business, international business.
• Research and analyze market information, customer feedback and information about competitors.
• Develop and implement short and long term sales plans and policies.
• Divide sales targets for each subordinate position, urge and supervise business to expand market coverage.
• Develop and implement sales policies such as debt, price support, discounts, promotions, etc.
• Propose and implement sales promotion programs, coordinate with the Marketing Department to develop advertising programs, product promotion, communication and marketing.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints/feedback about products.
• Training and educating product knowledge, working skills, sales for subordinates; Organizing recruitment, supervision, evaluation, proposing salary policies, rewards and benefits for business staff.
