Job description:
Mainly responsible for (i) building, deploying and managing sales of card product lines through direct business channels at the Cluster/branch in charge, (ii) credit risk management and operational risks to optimize profits and ensure credit safety of the Cluster/branch in charge.
Work responsibility:
* Manage and deploy sales according to product lines at the Cluster/Branch in charge in accordance with VIB's business plan;
* Plan and organize periodic Card workshops to assign tasks, train and coach sales to improve sales quality, ensure Card customer service, and complete card growth goals. Card;
* Coordinate with other departments related to Cards to ensure the card business process is smooth and quick;
* Recruit, train, supervise and manage the performance of subordinate employees to ensure completion of assigned work plans;
* Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Finance and Banking;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of banking and finance, of which at least 1 year of experience managing and developing card customers at banks and credit institutions;
* Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the Card business at foreign banks/credit institutions;
* Understand the bank's strategic goals, retail business model and the retail business environment of the regions/localities;
* Good leadership skills;
* Good presentation skills and problem solving skills;
* Good communication and relationship building skills;
* English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) at Average level or higher
