Job Description
- Responsible for managing assigned area in the restaurant and ensuring shift operations.
- Effectively supervise shift members and coordinate staff work.
- Ensure service quality is maintained according to CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality, Speed of Service), brand standard procedures and other restaurant standards and regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work area and entire restaurant.
- Assist manager, assistant manager in daily restaurant operations by planning and managing labor, inventory, handling complaints and team development.
- Guide and train employees on the job.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or higher, university graduate preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, hotel or retail chain.
- Good communication skills and customer care mindset
- Have the spirit of learning and working systematically
- Computer skills and basic software: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to use English is an advantage.
- Working time: 48 hours/week
