Job details
- Lead the store to achieve the set business goals
- Follow up/supervise the entire store staff to fully implement the Quality Standard System, Billing Process, Pest Control, Equipment Repair and Maintenance
- Control the budget / inventory effectively
- Arrange employee's working schedule by shift
- Support Store Manager in cost control, monthly P&L analysis
- Implement POSM as directed by Marketing department
- Develop and train store staff
- Recruiting store staff
