Monitor and check production progress to ensure product quality meets standards.
Manage, assign work to production staff, train and guide new employees.
Plan, assign and coordinate personnel.
Plan requirements for raw materials and supplies, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality for production.
Make reports related to production activities as required by superiors.
Participate in improvement activities to increase production efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
