■Job description
- Receive customer messages/calls on all contact channels (Fanpage, message app, calling app...)
- Build relationships with customers based on customer needs and close sales with upsells
- Regularly take care of old customers
- Search and build relationships with new customers. And perform other tasks as required.
- Connect with other departments (Marketing, Customer Care,...) to implement projects to increase Sales and receive the best support
- Strategize, deploy and jointly manage new business projects and campaigns
- Join the US team to develop new skills in business that are groundbreaking but extremely practical
- Periodic reports, performance indicators, etc. and receive direct recognition with the most attractive Bonus regime in the industry

■REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the Sales industry and consistently in a Telesale position. At least 1 year, in the field of closing/consulting products/services in the health and beauty industry. Priority is given to those with experience and achievements in functional foods, nutrition, herbs, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
- Loves consulting and communication, always has the ability to persuade, negotiate, and analyze highly
- Ability to search, exploit and upsell existing and potential customers.
- Smart, quick to learn and eager to learn
- Enthusiastic and honest, loves the pressure of sales and profits to bring the highest income for yourself
- And most importantly: Be proactive in work and have a winning spirit and high concentration ability to bring the best sales and profits.
