Work content:
- Support office work by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies and monitoring company projects.
Mission:
- Follow up reporting procedures.
- Establish and review systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms, office layout, and budget and staffing requirements; make changes.
- Resolve administrative issues such as office supplies, warehousing, etc. by coordinating the preparation of reports, data analysis, and import and export.
- Provide information by responding to inquiries and requests.
- Check the warehouse to determine the amount of inventory; predict items in demand; Place your order and confirm your order.
- Respond to operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; track work results.
- And other tasks as assigned by the department head
