1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Search, consult new customers, collect market information.
- Go to the business stores, exchange directly.
- Take care of old customers.
- Participate in the company's marketing activities such as brand promotion campaigns, company-organized events or support partner events.
- Build and develop relationships with agents, distributors and retailers.
- Develop distribution system in the industry, expand market.
- Ensure to achieve the business targets (KPIs) set out according to the plan.
- Monitor market trends, analyze business situations and propose improvement plans.
- Report work periodically to BOD and coordinate the implementation of effective business strategies.
- Perform tasks assigned by BOD.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in distribution/retail.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the auto parts/accessories industry.
- Candidates who know how to drive a car and can travel for work are an advantage.
- Have a sense of responsibility at work.
- Good communication and customer persuasion skills.
- Location & working hours at HCM office:
- Address: 240 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm (1:30pm lunch break) & Saturday: 9am - 12pm (WFH or go to the company when work is required)
- Location & working hours at Da Nang office:
- Address: 02 Bac Son, Hoa An Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City.
- Working hours: Monday - Saturday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (lunch break 1:30 pm).
