■Job description
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting via call, email and live chat with Japanese customers related to products purchased by customers
• Collect customer feedback and complaints, provide solutions, record and follow up by communicating with internal and external partners
• Training and developing Customer Care Team in Japan and APAC region.
• Product knowledge will be trained and trained by the company, customer care and troubleshooting
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Train, and develop Customer Service Team in Japan and APAC region.
Requirement
Must have
• Male/Female,years old
• Nationality : Japanese or VietNamese
• Passion to deliver a world class customer experience.
• Native or near-native Japanese and strong Japanese cultural knowledge (N2 or above). Proficiency in other languages is also a big plus.
• Ability to communicate in English (Intermediate level: IELTsand/or Vietnamese.
• Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.) is preferred
• Technically savvy: comfortably navigate in a fast paced, technical environment. Ability to sort out how technology works when things go wrong

■Salary: 28 mil gross
■Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00am
